This policy covers kerrahub.com, the marketing site for Kerra Innovation Hub Limited ("Kerra Hub", "we", "us"). This site is a static informational website — it has no backend, no user accounts, and no database of its own. If you use one of our products, such as Airis, that product has its own privacy policy covering the data collected within it (see "Our products" below).
The only personal information this site collects is what you choose to submit through the Contact form: your name, email address, subject, and message. This site has no backend of its own — that submission is sent directly to Airis's support system, which Kerra Hub also operates, so your enquiry can be read and answered.
Our hosting provider automatically logs standard request information for every visitor (IP address, browser and device type, and timestamp), used only to keep the site running and secure.
This site does not set tracking or advertising cookies. Your choice on the cookie banner (Necessary vs. Analytics) is stored in your browser's local storage, not a cookie, and is only used in case analytics is enabled in the future — nothing beyond what's strictly necessary to run the site is active today. You can change your preference anytime via "Cookie Settings" in the footer.
Contact form submissions are used only to respond to your enquiry, and are handled within Kerra Hub — we do not sell it or share it with unrelated third parties. We may disclose information if required to comply with applicable law or a valid legal process.
Airis and RONAMS are separate products operated by Kerra Hub, each with its own privacy policy covering the data collected within that product (for example, Airis's chat, document, and Google Drive integration data): see the Airis Privacy Policy. This page covers only kerrahub.com itself.
Contact enquiries are retained only as long as needed to respond to you and for reasonable record-keeping, after which they are deleted.
